The Summary of Import and Export in Polyester Industry Chain on Jan, 2011

    According to the statistic from the Customs, the import volume of PX on Jan in China was 383,300 tons, which increased 78,100 tons compared to Dec, 2010 and the average declaration unit price was 1,344 USD/ton; the export volume was 43,400 tons.

    The import volume of PTA was 466,500 tons, the average declaration unit price was 1,219 USD/ton; other PTA was 114,800 tons, and the unit price was 1,202 USD/ton.

    The import volume of MEG on Jan in China was 662,600 tons, which increased 93,900 tons compared to last mouth and the average declaration unit price was 1,066 USD/ton;

    The import volume of PET chips was 13,100 tons and the average declaration unit price was 1,629 USD/ton; the export volume was 9,500 tons and the average declaration unit price was 1,626 USD/ton;

    The import volume of PET bottle chips was 2,100 tons and the average declaration unit price was 1,956 USD/ton; the export volume was 38,700 tons and the average declaration unit price was 1,450 USD/ton;

    The import volume of PET industry yarns was 2,800 tons and the average import unit price was 2652.6 USD/ton; the export volume was 18,155 tons and the average export unit price was 2364.5 USD/ton;

    The import volume of polyester yarns was 14,800 tons and the export volume was 104,800 tons. The average import unit price was 2,674 USD/ton and the average export unit price was 2,116 USD/ton.

    The import volume of PSF was 11,800 tons and the average import unit price was 1,835 USD/ton; the export volume was 91,100 tons and the average export unit price was 1543 USD/ton;

    The import volume of waste PET was 126,500 tons, which decreased 25,900 tons compared to last mouth; the average import price was 830.52 USD/ tons, which increased 6.02 USD/ton.
