May 15th Daily Review on Polyester Market

PTA: Today PTA price declines slightly in China. Now the quotation falls 50 Yuan/ton to 7,800 Yuan/ton, the bidding price of downstream manufacturer is about 7,700 Yuan/ton. The discussions are around 7,700-7,750 Yuan/ton.

PFY: The polyester yarn price tends to be stable in Shaoxing, China. Now the semi-bright FDY50D/24F is quoted at 12,760 Yuan/ton, FDY75D/36F and FDY120D/96F are quoted at 12,210 and 11,760 Yuan/ton respectively.

PSF: Today the price of polyester staple fiber is still weakness in East China, among which the leading quotation of 1.4D direct spinning PSF focuses on 10,200-10,300 Yuan/ton.

CPL: Today RMB spot market of CPL is cold. Now the leading quotation of CPL is about 17,600-17,700 Yuan/ton. The trading atmosphere is general and the transaction is mild.
