-The Storage Is Very High, the Price Tends to Be Weak

The polyester price is mainly steady in Jiangsu market. The quotations keep unchanged in Shengze market, but a mainstream direct spinning manufacturer decreased the quotation by 200-500 Yuan/ton last weekend. Now they quoted FDY 50D/24F for 17,800 Yuan/ton (6-month acceptance) and DTY 75D/72F for 20,400 Yuan/ton (6-month acceptance). Another melt spinning manufacturer now quoted semi-light FDY 40D/24F for 19,700 Yuan/ton and FDY 50D/48F for 17,000 Yuan/ton. The sales were flat in the market during the weekend and the marketing-production was around 50% and the lowest was 20-30%. The polyester prices keep steady in Taicang market. The quotations keep unchanged. Now a local manufacturer quoted POY 75D/72F for 17,050 Yuan/ton. Manufacturers reported that the early inquiries became better.

 Now they quoted FDY 66D/24F for 16,100 Yuan/ton with acceptance, micro-web DTY 150D/144F for 16,500 Yuan/ton with acceptance and POY 150D/288F for 15,200 Yuan/ton with acceptance. Another POY manufacturer stabilized the quotations and quoted POY 150D/144F for 14,300 Yuan/ton by cash. The polyester price slightly increased in Tong Xiang market. Influenced by the electricity limit policy on 23 and 24, the local chips spinning manufacturer completely suspended the production and the melt spinning manufacturer appropriately reduced the burdens. Some of the products were even out of supplying. Therefore, a local mainstream manufacturer decreased the quotations as the following form and now they quoted POY 150D/144F for 15,100 Yuan/ton.
