May 11th, 2011 Daily Review on Polyester Prices

 

 

Today PTA domestic quotation continue to downward, Suppliers quotation dropped to 9850-9900 CNY/T.

 

Downstream quotation is at 9750 CNY/T, actual price is around 9800 CNY/T. Quotation out abroad also continues to downward, the offer of Taiwan goods is around 1260-1365 USD/T, downstream quotation is around 1250-1255 USD/T, actual price is at 1260 USD/T. The offer of Korea goods is at 1255 USD/T, downstream quotation is at 1245 USD/T, actual price is at 1250 USD/T. Transaction atmosphere is cold, and actual transact is few.
 

The contract price of Asia MEG in June is announced today，it is 1250 USD/T（CFR，L/C90 days），and the price remains the same as that in the previous month.
 

Today poly staple fiber price of eastern China continue to low down, EXW price of 1.4D*38mm direct spinning poly staple fiber dropped to 12900-13100 CNY/T.
