Poly Price Keeps Stable New Products Are Concerned

Tuesday, Commerce Department China·Shengze Index, the general index increased 0.03 points, closed at 99.31 points. Of which, chemical fabric price index increased 0.04 points, closed at 98.43 points. Chemical fiber index closed at 100.35 points, increased 0.03 points.

 Chemical Fabric
 Today, polyester pongee, polyester peach skin, nylon taffeta, taslon and some other chemical fabric turns over reduced. Although, 420T high density nylon taffeta, 50D pebble GGT, 600D Jacquard Oxford fabric sale out in small quantity. The overall market trade atmosphere is sliding. As for cotton fabric, T/C, N/C or other cotton mixed fabric sale slide. Only for 70D*32S+21S N/C fabric sale increased today. Although the conventional fabric sale slack, new products are welcomed by buyers. For example, the superfine fiber fabric need is increased.
Chemical Fiber
 See from chemical fiber, currently, PTA price present an weak consolidating trend. The straddle attitude occupies the most of people’s minds. Quotation at home decreased slightly to 9500CNY/t, but few buyers offered the price below 9400CNY/t and the mainstream was negotiated around 9450CNY/t, while semi bright chips turns over relatively good. Today the mainstream quotation is generally maintained at 12400-12450CNY/t (acceptance in three months), the cash take price is estimated at 12150-12200CNY/t.
On poly fiber, today, its price keeps stable in China. Now POY150D/144F cash take price is quoted at 14650CNY/t, FDY50D/72F cash take price was quoted at 16100CNY/t, DTY75D/72F light interlacing yarn is quoted at 18900CNY/t. Poly fiber inventory pressure is not big, but either weaving factory or trade companies hold wait and see attitude to poly fiber price. In addition with the low buy in amount of the weaving factories, so, poly fiber price is estimated to rise up following up.
