The Imports of Cotton was 159,100 tons in China in Feb.

In Feb.2015, the import volume and price of cotton in China was relatively stable month-on-month, while both continued to decline year-on-year. According to the latest statistical data from State Statistics Bureau, the import volume of cotton was 159,100 tons in China in Feb. which decreased 2100 tons and the damping was 1.3%, declined 35.3% year-on-year. In addition, the average import price was 1698 Yuan/ton, which went up 23 dollars/ton than last month, increased 1.4%, but dropped 15.4% year-on-year.
