    The chemical fibers output is 2.809 million tons in July, which increased 128,000 tons and the growth rate is 4.77%; it reduced 155,000 tons mouth to mouth and the drop rate is 5.23%. From Sep, 20100 to July, 2011, the chemical fibers output is 30,250,000 tons accumulatively, which increased 3,223,300 tons year on year and the growth rate is 11.93%; From Jan to July, the chemical fibers output is 18,981,000 tons accumulatively, which increased 1,940,000 tons and the growth rate is 11.38%.
