    The domestic VSF output was 150,000 tons in August, 2011, and the output was 110,000 tons in August, 2010, and the Y-on-Y growth rate was 36.4%. The output was 1,192,000 tons from Jan to August, 2011, and the output was 1,006,000 tons from Jan to August, 2010, which increased 18.5% year on year.
