The domestic spandex fibers output was 20,000 tons in August, 2011, and the output was 21,000 tons in August, 2010, and the Y-on-Y drop rate was 4.8%. The output was 169,000 tons from Jan to August, 2011, and the output was 171,000 tons from Jan to August, 2010, which dropped 1.2% year on year.
