    The total output of spandex fibers was 20,000 tons in August, 2011, and it was 21,000 tons in August, 2010, which dropped 4.8% Y-on-Y. The total output from Jan to August, 2011 was 169,000 tons, and was 171,000 tons from Jan to August, 2010, which dropped 1.2% Y-on-Y.
