Bulk Textile Feedstock Quotation Summarize （24th Oct)

Polyester Filament Yarn: The major poly yarn plants of Shengze market keep the quotation unchanged. Now FDY 50D/24F six-month acceptance is offered at 16700CNY/t, DTY 150D/144F light interlacing yarn six-month acceptance is offered at 16500CNY/t. According to the plants reflect, stock amount in the plants are mostly around half a month. Poly yarn price in Taicang market stabilized, now a local major plant offered 15800CNY/t for FDY50D/24F cash take, and 13850CNY/t for POY 150D/144F cash take.

PTA: Today PTA quotation abroad keeps stable, with Taiwan cargo offered at $1115-1125/t, Korean cargo offered at $1100/t. Quotation in China market is also stable, with suppliers offered at 8800-8850CNY/t.

MEG: Today, China Jiangsu MEG price is offered at 8800CNY/t, with the counter offer around 8700-8750CNY/t, and the actual strike price is estimated around 8750-8800CNY/t.

PSF: Poly staple fiber price in Eastern China market continue downward. Now the mainstream ex-factory price of 1.4D *38mm direct spinning is down regulated to 12400-12500CNY/t.

PET Bottle Chips: Today, PET bottle chips quotation abroad weakened, with China suppliers offered a price of $1600-1620/t, (FOB China main port), and quotation for the China market is also weakened,  with few offers that are around 12300-12500CNY/t, for cash take and ex-factory.

VSF: Last week, viscose staple fiber price went down once after another. At the beginning of the week, the price was offered at 19300-19500CNY/t, with the strike price around 19000-19300CNY/t, while at the weekend, the price was offered around 19000CNY/t, and traded at 18800-19000CNY/t, or even at 18500CNY/t.
