The domestic spandex fibers output was 23,000 tons in Sep, 2011, and it was 21,000 tons in Sep, 2010, which increased 9.5% Y-on-Y; the total output from Jan to Sep, 2011was 208,000 tons and it was 205,000 tons from Jan to Sep in 2010, which increased 1.5% Y-on-Y.
