The domestic VSF output was 18,700 tons in Sep, 2011, and it was 11,600 tons in Sep, 2010, which increased 61.2% Y-on-Y; the total output from Jan to Sep, 2011was 1,379,000 tons and it was 1,117,000 tons from Jan to Sep in 2010, which increased 23.5% Y-on-Y.
