    The domestic VFY output was 20,000 tons in Sep, 2011, and it was 18,000 tons in Sep, 2010, which increased 11.1% Y-on-Y; the total output from Jan to Sep, 2011was 171,000 tons and it was 174,000 tons from Jan to Sep in 2010, which increased 1.7% Y-on-Y.
