Cotton Import Volume Increased 162.6% Y-on-Y in Oct

    China imported 252,300 tons cotton in Oct, 2011, which dropped 400 tons compared to last mouth and the drop rate was 0.17%, it increased 156,200 tons Y-on-Y and the growth rate was 162.6%. From Sep to Oct, 2011, China imported 505,000 tons cotton accumulatively, which increased 208,200 tons Y-on-Y and the growth rate was 70.15%. From Jan to Oct, 2011, China imported 2,195,300 tons cotton accumulatively, which dropped 54,000 tons Y-on-Y and the drop rate was 2.4%.
