Recently because part of the energy, resource and commodity supply unstable and price is wave substantially of the situation, the Ministry of Industry declared that it should be maintain the stability of industrial production order. Among them, the Ministry of Industry required that it continues to help factories expand channels of textile raw materials supply, and encourage the chemical fiber factories speed up production and increase supply, meanwhile make up for the shortage of cotton. |
