Today, PTA price slightly increased in domestic market. Suppliers quoted the goods at 8700 Yuan/ton. The downstream bidding price was around 8600 Yuan/ton and the practical discussions were around 8650 Yuan/ton. The trading atmosphere was mild and few negotiations were on market.
Today, the leading quotation of polyester yarn manufacturer in Shengze keeps unchanged generally. Now a local direct spinning manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/24F for 13700 Yuan/ton and DTY 150D/144F for 14100 Yuan/ton both with 6-month acceptance. Another melt spinning manufacturer quoted semi-dull FDY 50D/72F for 14000 Yuan/ton by cash and DTY 150D/48F low-stretch for 14200 Yuan/ton and bright FDY 50D/36F for 16400 Yuan/ton.
Today, the polyester staple fiber followed the declining tendency and leading quotations on market continued to drop. At present, in East China, 1.4D*38mm direct spinning PSF is quoted 11100-11150 Yuan/ton.
The polyester bottle chips price is still stable in China. Leading quotations in domestic market are around 11500-11600 Yuan/ton by cash and the downstream bidding price is around 11300 Yuan/ton. The market is still mild and lack of trades.
