Today, the quotation is around 7550 Yuan/ton in Jiangsu MEG market. Buyers offer 7500 Yuan/ton and the discussions stay at 7520-7550 Yuan/ton.
The polyester staple fiber market is stable today. Some of the manufacturers still increased the quotations. At present, 1.4D direct spinning PSF is mainly quoted 11250-11300 Yuan/ton.
Today, the PTA price continued to increase in overseas market. Suppliers quoted the Taiwan goods at 1180-1185 dollars/ton and the downstream bidding price is around 1170 dollars/ton. The quotation of Korean cargo is around 1170 dollars/ton and the downstream bidding price is around 1160 dollars/ton. The practical discussions are around 1165 dollars/ton.
Today, the leading manufacturers in Shengze stabilized the quotations. Now one of the leading direct spinning manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/24F at 13700 Yuan/ton with 6-month acceptance and DTY 150D/144F with 6-month acceptance. Another melt spinning manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/72F at 14000 Yuan/ton and bright FDY 50D/36F at 16400 Yuan/ton. The other FDY manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/48F at 13200 Yuan/ton by cash and bright FDY 50D/36F at 13500 Yuan/ton.
