Futures:Today PTA futures open higher in China- Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange. The contract 1209 opens at 8,684 Yuan/ton, which increases 78Yuan/ton compared with the closing price of previous trading day. Meanwhile, the cotton futures open slightly lower in Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange. The contract 1209 opens at 21,305 Yuan/ton, which drops 65 Yuan/ton compared with the closing price of previous trading day.
PTA:Today PTA price keeps firm in China. The suppliers are reluctant to sell out at low price. The sporadic quotation is about 8,750 Yuan/ton, the downstream bidding price is about 8,650 Yuan/ton and the actual negotiating price is around 8,650- 8,700 Yuan/ton. The trading atmosphere has slightly improved and the actual transaction is general.
VFY:Today VFY price keeps stable in China. Now the leading quotation of 120D is about 45,500 Yuan/ton, and the individual high-end product is 47,000 Yuan/ton. The transaction atmosphere is general.
PFY:The price of polyester yarn is unchangeable in China-Taicang, but there are concessions with delivery. The price of POY150D/144F is 11,500 Yuan/ton and FDY 50D/24F is 13,600 Yuan/ton in a local manufacturer. The production and marketing of the manufacturer was lower which was about 50%-60% yesterday.
