PTA price is stale in the domestic market. The leading suppliers quoted the goods at 7,500-7,550 Yuan/ton. The downstream bidding price is around 7,450 Yuan/ton. The discussions stay at 7,450- 7,500 Yuan/ton temporarily.
PTA price stayed steady in overseas market. The Taiwan goods increased to 1,000-1,005 dollars/ton. The downstream bidding price is around 985 dollars/ton. The discussions are around 990 dollars/ton. The quotation of Korean goods is at 995 dollars/ton. The bidding price is around 980 dollars/ton.
Today, the polyester yarn price keeps stable in Shengze. Now a local direct spinning manufacturer quoted FDY 75D/36F at 13,700 Yuan/ton by 6-month acceptance. Another melt spinning manufacturer quoted semi-dull FDY 50D/48F at 13100 Yuan/ton by cash. DTY 75D/72F, DTY 150D/144F and bright FDY 75D/36F are quoted 13,500 Yuan/ton, 11,900 Yuan/ton and 11,700 Yuan/ton separately.
Today, the cotton futures went up at the close in Zhengzhou Commodity of Exchange. Contract 1301 closed at 19,500 Yuan/ton, which increased 40 Yuan/ton than the closing price of last trading day, up 0.21%.
