Today, the polyester yarn price is unchanged in Shengze. A local direct spinning manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/24F, DTY 150D/144F and DTY 150D/48F at 14,000 Yuan/ton, 13,300 Yuan/ton and 12,900 Yuan/ton with 6-month acceptance. Another melt spinning manufacturer quoted semi-dull FDY 50D/48F at 14,100 Yuan/ton by cash and bright FDY 50D/36F at 13,200 Yuan/ton.
PTA price is firm in the domestic market. The leading suppliers quoted the goods at 8,050-8,100 Yuan/ton. The downstream bidding price is around 7,950 Yuan/ton. The discussions stay at 7,950-8,050 Yuan/ton temporarily.
PTA price is unchanged in the overseas market. The Taiwan goods are quoted at 1,030-1,035 dollars/ton. The downstream bidding price is around 1,020-1,025 dollars/ton. The discussions are around 1,025 dollars/ton. The quotation of Korean goods is at 1,020 dollars/ton. The bidding price is around 1,010 dollars/ton. The practical discussions are around 1,010-1,015 dollars/ton.
