Aug 30th Daily Review on Polyester Prices

 

Today, the polyester yarn price is stable in Shengze. A melt spinning manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/48F, bright FDY 50D/36F, DTY 75D/72F and DTY 150D/144F at 13,800 Yuan/ton, 14,000 Yuan/ton, 14,600 Yuan/ton, and 13,400 Yuan/ton by cash separately. A local direct spinning manufacturer quoted DTY 150D/144F and DTY 150D/48F at 13,300 Yuan/ton and 12,900 Yuan/ton. Manufacturers said the production-marketing was good. 

PTA price slightly adjusted in the domestic market. The leading suppliers quoted the goods at 8,150-8,200 Yuan/ton. The downstream bidding price is around 8,050-8,100 Yuan/ton. The discussions stay at 8,100 Yuan/ton temporarily. 

The price also decreased in the overseas market. The Taiwan goods are quoted at 1,040-1,045 dollars/ton. The downstream bidding price is around 1,025-1,030 dollars/ton. The discussions are around 1,035 dollars/ton. The quotation of Korean goods is at 1,025-1,030 dollars/ton. The bidding price is around 1,020 dollars/ton. The practical discussions are around 1,025 dollars/ton.
