The Year-On-Year Growth Rate of the Receivable Account of Man-made Fibers Industry
 The receivable account of apparel industry is 21.22 billion yuan in the forth quarter in 2010, which increased 5.8% year on year and dropped 14.6% compared to last quarter. The circulating days of the receivable account in the forth quarter dropped from 15.5 days of last quarter to 13.7 days in this quarter, it showed that the speed of withdrawing capital from circulation of total industry was accelerated obviously.
