High Frequency Hydraulic Wood Clamp Carrier Machine
features high frequency dielectric heating with 2-direction pressure, and it’s suitable for finger joint or edge glued board jointing or the rim of solid door or other wood block gluing.
Features:
1) High frequency dielectric heating, so faster and firmer;
2) PLC automatic control panel with auto feeding cart.
3) Most of the electronic components from the famous global brands, like Schneider, Siemens, Omron, etc. to enable stable working.
4) Strict quality control and regulation on mechanical spare parts like hydraulic and other parts all under the international standard.
Application Case:
Standard working size is 1220x2440mm, gluing thickness is 8-100mm, 6-7mm hard wood board can be made.
3000mm, 3500mm, 4000mm, 4880mm,5000mm and 6000mm is optional, can be customized as customer's requirements.
Heating time for standard size wood boards is 2-3 minutes.

Timber Moisture: 8~12%
