Wet leakage current test The main functions of the system:
The PV module wet leakage current test system is used to verify the effects of moisture, such as rain, fog, dew or snow, on the components entering the module, causing corrosion, leakage or safety accidents on the circuit.

Wet leakage current test System steps:
Note: All connections should be the same as the recommended field installation wiring, but care should be taken to ensure that the measured leakage current is not the current on the component and test equipment connections.
1. Soak the assembly in a water tank that is deep enough to wet the outside of the junction box. The cable should be fully sprayed. If the assembly uses a patch terminal, the terminal must be fully wetted during the test.
2. Connect the output terminal to the anode of the test equipment after short-circuiting. Connect the solution to the negative electrode of the test equipment with a suitable metal conductor.
3. Apply voltage to the 500V or component zui large system voltage at a rate not exceeding 500V·s-1. The voltage was maintained for one minute and then the insulation resistance was measured.
4. Reduce the applied voltage to zero and then short the output of the test equipment to eliminate the voltage accumulated on the component.

Wet leakage current test System Requirements:
If the component area is less than 0.1m2, the insulation resistance is not less than 400MΩ.
When the component area is larger than 0.1m2, the measured insulation resistance multiplied by the component area is not less than 40 MΩ·m-2
