Description: Industrial vacuum furnace is used for vacuum sintering of different kinds of alloy materials, devices, NdFeB magnetic materials, SmCo magnetic materials, hydrogen storage alloy, reactive and refractory metal. The unique inner (outer) flow cycle and large vacuum unit are used so that it has these advantages: uniform cooling, fast speed, good temperature uniformity, large pumping quantity, uniform temperature control, high vacuum and no leakage. Cooling mode is divided into internal circulation (RVSX) and external circulation (RVS).
The control system is controlled by PLC. The intelligent temperature controller controls the temperature and it has high control precision and high degree of automation. It can realize automatic / manual no disturbance switching and abnormal alarm function. It is safe, reliable and simple to operate.
