2. The workpiece put into the industrial box furnace shall not exceed the maximum load on the bottom plate of the furnace. When loading and unloading the workpiece, it shall be ensured that the power supply is disconnected.
3. Wang Yi checks the installation position of the thermocouple. When the thermocouple is inserted into the furnace, it should be ensured that it does not touch the workpiece.
4. Determine the reasonable process range according to the drawing requirements of the workpiece. Temperature is raised on time to ensure the operation of the furnace. The temperature of the instrument is checked and calibrated regularly to prevent misoperation.
5. In order to ensure furnace temperature, it is not possible to open the door of industrial box-type furnace casually. The situation inside the furnace should be observed from the hole of the door.
6. Coolant should be placed in a convenient location to reduce the cooling of the workpiece after discharge.
7. When discharging from the furnace, the working position should be correct and the clamp should be firm to prevent the hot workpiece from harming the human body.
8. After the overhaul of the industrial box furnace, it must be baked according to the regulations, and check whether the furnace hall and the top insulation powder are filled, whether the grounding is tightened with the furnace shell.
