Description: Scope: Large box furnace is a non-standard energy-saving periodic working furnace. It is mainly suitable for large workpieces. It can be quenched rapidly with the help of manipulator. Its application scope includes steel works, special steel, mechanical processing, chemical machinery, heavy industry, metallurgical smelting, casting, forging, flange ring, steel components, wire drawing, environmental protection equipment and machinery. Heat treatment workshop for supporting enterprises, loaders, diesel engines and military industries.

Temperature Requirements: Large box furnace is divided into high temperature furnace, medium temperature furnace and low temperature tempering furnace. The maximum service temperature of high temperature furnace is less than 1200 C, medium temperature furnace is less than 950 C, and low temperature tempering furnace is less than 650 C. They are selected according to their respective product characteristics. Furnace size and load are ordered according to customer requirements.

Control: Contactors, thyristors, solid-state, modules, electronic digital display, intelligent digital display, computer, PID, PLC, remote control, centralized control, programming control are used in the control. There are middle circle diagrams, long circle diagrams with multi-point paper recorder and liquid crystal paperless recorder.

Structure: Furnace body is made of all-fiber aluminium silicate threading blanket. Furnace bottom is made of light insulation brick and heavy refractory brick. Heating elements are heated by resistance wire and resistance belt. Furnace shell is made of steel plate and section steel. Furnace door is mechanically driven. Specific configuration is designed and equipped according to customer and furnace temperature requirements.

Heat treatment products: suitable for all kinds of products, such as stainless steel melting, high manganese steel quenching, valves, flange rings, pressure vessels, rolls, steel tubes, steel balls, castings, forgings, cast iron, rolls, blades, high-speed steel, tool steel, automobile bridge, diesel engine gearbox, mining machine. For quenching and tempering, annealing, tempering and normalizing heat treatment of various products such as machinery and loader bridge arm.
