The working principle of vacuum tube type electric furnace is that quartz tube or corundum tube is used as sealed container and stainless steel sealing flange is selected to make the quartz tube or corundum tube meet the sealing conditions, at the same time, it is very convenient to take and place the experimental materials.
When using vacuum tube type experimental electric furnace, only the experimental material is put into quartz tube or corundum tube, quartz tube or corundum tube is sealed by stainless steel flange, gas in quartz tube or corundum tube is extracted by vacuum pump or air inlet reserved on flange, or specific atmosphere is introduced, and the quartz tube or corundum tube is sealed by stainless steel flange. Heating can meet the requirements of the experiment.
When the vacuum tube type experimental electric furnace enters the atmosphere, it is suggested that the vacuum should be pre-pumped and then the corresponding atmosphere should be introduced. If the conditions permit, it is better to repeat several times. In this way, the purity of the atmosphere in the tube of the high temperature electric furnace will be higher in the experiment.
