Cautions for Operation of High Temperature Tube Furnace
    High temperature tube furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall, energy saving, etc. It can be used for sintering materials in vacuum or atmosphere protection environment. The use of high temperature tube furnaces must be carried out in accordance with the operational specifications. The following points should also be noted:
    1. Check whether the air passage is unblocked or leaking. Firstly, the pipeline is connected correctly and then oxygen is supplied. When oxygen enters the absorption bottle, normal air bubbles are generated, which indicates that the air passage is normal. Otherwise, it indicates that the air passage is blocked or the ceramic tube is broken, and should be treated normally.
    2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the controller. Firstly, the working temperature of the high-temperature tube furnace is 1250 C. Then, the voltage is adjusted to 60V for half an hour. Then, the voltage is adjusted to 100V for half an hour. Finally, the voltage is adjusted to 150V and the temperature indication is 1250 C. If the voltage is not raised gradually and the temperature is ensured for a long enough time, the silicon carbon rod and the ceramic tube will be easily broken due to the rapid heat action. Therefore, the silicon carbon rod and the ceramic tube must be strictly operated in accordance with this regulation in order to avoid wasting a lot of materials.
    3. Sample analysis can be carried out when the working temperature is kept at about 1250 C. After the analysis, the voltage is adjusted to zero, the controller switch is closed, the power supply is closed, and finally the oxygen meter valve and the cylinder main valve are closed.
