Description
CLW Series flange compressed air water separator is used to separate the condensed moisture and oil impurities in the compressed air, so that the compressed air can be initially purified. The general use pressure is not limited, and the use temperature should be normal temperature.
CLW Series flange compressed air water separator working principle: When the compressed air enters the oil-water separator, it produces a sharp change in flow direction and speed, and then relies on centrifugal action to separate oil droplets and water droplets with a density greater than that of the compressed air. After the compressed air enters the separator shell from the inlet, the air flow is first blocked by the baffle and then folded back downwards, and then rises upwards, resulting in a circular rotation, so that the water droplets and oil droplets are separated from the air under the action of centrifugal force and inertial force. And it settles on the bottom of the shell, and the bottom valve can be opened regularly to discharge the oil droplets, and the preliminary purified air is sent from the outlet to the gas storage tank.

1. Compressed air water separator must be installed correctly, and only qualified operators must perform commissioning and maintenance in accordance with the operating guidelines to ensure safe operation.
2. Failure to close the isolation valve during installation and maintenance will cause damage to the components of the system and harm to the human body. The danger also includes: the protection device and the ventilation pipe or the alarm system are closed. Make sure the isolation valve is closed to avoid impact of the system.
3. When repairing, consider whether there is medium in the oil-water separator pipeline. Make sure that the pressure medium has been isolated and the safety air passage has been vented to the atmosphere to solve it by installing a vent valve. Even if the pressure gauge indicates zero, do not think that the system To empty.
4. After closing the isolation valve, it is necessary for a period of time to make the operating part close to normal temperature to avoid burns.
