The heatless adsorption dryer is to change the operating conditions to make the adsorption under pressure, the regeneration is carried out under normal pressure or under vacuum, the working cycle is only 5-10min, the device is small in size, simple to manufacture, and the regeneration gas consumption is large; The double-tower athermal adsorption dryer has a large volume and all the required desorption energy comes from the product gas, so the regeneration gas consumption is large, the general gas consumption is 15%. The modular athermal adsorption dryer adopts a modular structure , Small size and light weight, the regeneration gas consumption is relatively small, the general gas consumption is about 5%.
The heatless adsorption dryer is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption and regeneration cycle, using self-heating (no external heat source) for adsorption drying. The compressed air flows through the two adsorption towers alternately. When one of the adsorption towers is at a high partial pressure (working pressure), the desiccant absorbs a large amount of water, while the other adsorption tower is fed into the dry low pressure through the regeneration gas pipeline Gas, analyze the moisture absorbed by the desiccant.
