Vacuum annealing furnace description
It is suitable for bright tempering after quenching of high speed steel, die steel, tool steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy and other materials. Bright annealing of soft magnetic materials, silicon steel sheets, electrical pure iron, copper alloys, etc. Eliminate the residual internal stress of forgings, welded parts, cold stampings and workpieces after quenching to prevent deformation and cracking of the workpiece.
The heating body and the heat shield can be made of graphite and metal molybdenum.
