The vacuum tube furnace is a custom furnace, which uses high-quality high-temperature quartz material as the furnace tube, low-heat storage and lightweight fiber material to make the heating furnace, high-efficiency and energy-saving, high-quality high-temperature heating wire is the heating element. The length of the furnace body is 1220MM, equipped with: φ100*1450MM quartz tube, sealing device, three-way intake pipe with valve, single-head outlet pipe with valve, vacuum gauge device; control system is equipped with adjusting power knob, with low temperature control precision. The operating temperature is 100-300 C; the control system is an internationally advanced LTDE programmable instrument, which can be arbitrarily set to multi-band operation such as temperature rise and the temperature drop, constant temperature, timed start, and shutdown. The controller is located under the furnace body and is integrated. The electrical connection between the furnace body and the thermostat is completed before leaving the factory.

1. Install the furnace and confirm that the intake and exhaust control valves (T-value) is at their maximum. Place the exhaust line in the gas indicator (in the water container).

2. Check the pressure reducing valve to ensure that the pressure reducing valve is in the maximum state, open the gas cylinder switch, slowly tighten the pressure reducing valve, observe whether there is gas out of the exhaust port, and whether the pressure gauge pressure index is at zero.
