Description
The micro-thermal adsorption dryer is based on heat-free regeneration. It appropriately heats the regeneration gas and increases the regeneration temperature to reduce the regeneration gas consumption. The device has a small regeneration consumption and good economy. This kind of micro-heat adsorption dryer is divided into internal micro-heating regeneration type and external micro-heating regeneration type dryer with heater placed inside and outside the dryer. The internal micro heating regenerative dryer puts the heater in the dryer, which can make full use of the heater's energy to dry the adsorbent. The regeneration gas consumption is generally about 5%.
The micro heat adsorption dryer is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption and regeneration cycle, and adopts external (electric heating) micro heating regeneration method to adsorb and dry compressed air.
The micro-thermal adsorption dryer combines the advantages of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption, adsorption (working) at room temperature and high vapor partial pressure; analysis (regeneration) at higher temperature and low vapor partial pressure, that is, the adsorbent is in the adsorption process During the regeneration process, the water absorbed in the medium can be completely removed by the combination of the thermal diffusion of high-quality regeneration air (heated by dry air) and the low partial pressure.
Advantages: the working cycle is relatively long, and the dew point of the gas supply is stable;
Disadvantages: The energy consumption is still too large, which consumes 7% of compressed air and a certain amount of electrical energy.
