    High temperature box furnace is mainly used for heating and program control of slow ash, fast ash, bond index and volatile matter in coal quality analysis. The instrument has the characteristics of high measurement and control accuracy, high efficiency (energy saving), stable and reliable performance, easy operation and high degree of automation. It is widely used in coal, coking, power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and other industries and scientific research departments.
    Main Structure and Configuration of High Temperature Box Furnace
    1. Furnace: Composite lightweight ceramic fiber as refractory layer, heat-resistant steel fixed forming inside, aluminium silicate fiber as insulation layer outside; the total thickness of refractory layer and insulation layer reaches 200 mm, which provides excellent insulation effect for electric furnace. Furnace structure can withstand rapid cold and heat shock, and is suitable for electric furnaces requiring high temperature opening. If the door is opened frequently at high temperature, the furnace will not crack and deform. The top of the furnace will be durable and there is no danger of collapse.
    Full fiber furnace structure greatly reduces the weight of electric furnace. Compared with the traditional refractory brick electric furnace, the heating rate is faster and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
    2. According to the operating conditions, it can be heated on three sides and radiated on many sides to form a uniform temperature field in the furnace with a temperature uniformity of <5 C. To avoid the defects such as cracking and inconsistent annealing caused by uneven temperature field.
    3. Furnace shell: double-layer shell structure, built-in fan and air duct, to ensure that the surface temperature of the shell is below 60 degrees.
